第一屆國際青少年音樂藝術節 比賽細則

 

為促進國際青少年藝術文化交流，發掘優秀藝術新銳，展現當代青少年藝術風采，推動視覺藝術領域創作發展，特舉辦第一屆國際青少年音樂藝術節。現公佈本賽事細則，供所有參賽者參照執行。

一、參賽年齡組別

 

本賽事按年齡劃分為以下六個組別，參賽者須根據本人真實年齡對應報名，不得跨組參賽：

 

• 學齡前組：3 至 6 歲

• 小學組：7 至 12 歲

• 初中組：13 至 15 歲

• 高中組：16 至 18 歲

• 青少年組：19 至 22 歲

• 成人組：23 歲或以上

二、視覺藝術組參賽類目及作品要求

 

（一）參賽類目

 

視覺藝術組涵蓋多個藝術創作類別，參賽者可擇一類別報名參與，具體如下：

 

• 繪畫：包含油畫、水彩畫、素描、中國畫、水粉畫、丙烯畫、版畫

• 雕塑：包含傳統雕塑、現代雕塑

• 書法：包含毛筆書法、硬筆書法

• 攝影

• 裝置藝術

• 數碼媒體藝術

• 服裝設計

 

（二）作品要求

 

1. 參賽作品須緊扣本屆藝術節指定主題，內容須積極健康、傳遞正向價值，兼具思想性與藝術性。

2. 參賽作品須為參賽者原創，嚴禁抄襲、剽竊他人作品或侵權使用版權素材，凡涉及版權爭議的作品，一經查實立即取消參賽資格，相關法律責任由參賽者自行承擔。

3. 評審委員會將圍繞作品的原創性、構圖邏輯、藝術語言表達等核心維度進行綜合評審。

三、報名流程

 

1. 報名時間：

   • 不同賽區報名截止日期不同，具體請詢問報名學校或諮詢官方郵箱 hkaec@outlook.com

   • 作品遞交截止日期為 2026年8月20日。

2. 報名流程：參賽者須通過賽事官方郵箱提交參賽所需材料

   • 第一步：於 報名截止日期 前 提交報名表 及 繳付報名費

   • 第二步：於 遞交作品截止日期 前 遞交參賽作品

3. 材料提交要求：

4. 資格審核：組委會將在報名後的 7 個工作日內完成參賽資格審核，審核結果將通過電子郵箱通知參賽者。

5. 參賽確認：通過資格審核的參賽者，須在指定時間內根據個人電子郵件內提示確認參賽信息，完成參賽確認手續。

四、其他事項

 

• 報名費：參賽者須按標準繳納報名費，報名費一經繳納不予退還。組委會為偏遠地區及特殊群體選手開設公益參賽通道，符合條件者可申請免費報名。
   

• 版權聲明：參賽者提交的所有報名資料及作品，組委會均有權用於本賽事的宣傳推廣、展覽展示等非商業用途，無需另行支付報酬。

• 評審說明：參賽者須嚴格遵守本賽事細則及評審組的各項規定，服從評審組的評審結果，不得私下與評委接觸或有任何干擾評審工作的行為。

The 1st International Youth Music & Arts Festival Competition Rules

​

To promote international cultural and artistic exchanges among young people, discover outstanding emerging artistic talents, showcase the artistic charm of contemporary youth, and advance the development of visual arts creation, the First International Youth Music & Arts Festival is hereby held. These competition rules are promulgated for all participants to follow and adhere to.

I. Competition Categories (by Age)

​

The competition is divided into six categories based on age. Participants must register in the category corresponding to their actual age and are not permitted to cross-register.

​

• Preschool Group: 3 to 6 years old

• Primary School Group: 7 to 12 years old

• Junior High School Group: 13 to 15 years old

• Senior High School Group: 16 to 18 years old

• Youth Group: 19 to 22 years old

• Adult Group: 23 years old and above

II. Visual Arts Category: Subcategories and Entry Requirements

​

(I) Subcategories

The Visual Arts Category covers multiple artistic creation subcategories. Participants may choose one subcategory to register for, as detailed below:

​

• Painting: Including oil painting, watercolor painting, sketching, traditional Chinese painting, gouache painting, acrylic painting, and printmaking

• Sculpture: Including traditional sculpture and modern sculpture

• Calligraphy: Including brush calligraphy and hard-tip calligraphy

• Photography

• Installation Art

• Digital Media Art

• Fashion Design

(II) Entry Requirements

• All entries must closely align with the designated theme of this Festival, feature positive and healthy content that conveys positive values, and integrate ideological significance with artistic merit.

• Entries must be original works by the participants. Plagiarism, misappropriation of others' works, or infringement of copyright materials is strictly prohibited. Any entry involved in copyright disputes will be disqualified immediately upon verification, and the participant shall bear full responsibility for all related legal consequences.

• The Jury will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on core dimensions such as originality, compositional logic, and expression of artistic language.

III. Registration Process

​

1. Registration Period

   • ​The deadline for registration varies by region. For specific details, please consult your registering school or contact the official email: hkaec@outlook.com.

     • The deadline for submission of entries is August 20, 2026.

2. Registration Process：​Participants must submit all required registration materials via the official competition email.

   • Step 1: Submit the registration form and pay the registration fee by the registration deadline.

   • Step 2: Submit the entry by the entry submission deadline.

4. Eligibility Review

   • The Organizing Committee will complete the eligibility review within 7 working days after receiving the registration. The review result will be notified to participants via email.

5. Registration Confirmation

• Participants who pass the eligibility review must confirm their registration information and complete the confirmation process within the specified time in accordance with the instructions in the notification email.

IV. Other Provisions

• Registration Fee: Participants are required to pay the registration fee in accordance with the specified standard. Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable. The Organizing Committee has set up a public welfare registration channel for participants from remote areas and special groups. Eligible participants may apply for free registration.​
   

• Copyright Statement: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use all submitted registration materials and entries for non-commercial purposes such as competition promotion and exhibition display, without the need to pay additional remuneration to the participants.

• Review Instructions: Participants must strictly abide by these competition rules and all regulations of the Jury, respect the review results of the Jury, and shall not have any private contact with the judges or engage in any act that interferes with the review process.
