第一屆國際青少年音樂藝術節 比賽規則

 

一、總則

 

  1. 賽事宗旨
    本屆音樂藝術節以「推廣音樂藝術、發掘青少年才華、促進國際文化交流」為宗旨,為全球音樂愛好者搭建專業展示與學習的平台。

  2. 賽制安排
    賽事分為 初賽(線上材料評審)與決賽(香港現場展演)兩個階段,決賽為最終評獎環節,不設額外賽程。

  3. 參賽資格
    凡熱愛音樂藝術,年齡符合組別劃分要求的個人或團體,均可自願報名參賽。參賽者須確保提交的參賽材料真實有效,一經報名即視為認可本賽事所有規則。

 

二、組別劃分

 

本賽事按年齡劃分為以下六個組別,參賽者須根據本人真實年齡對應報名,不得跨組參賽:

 

  1. 學齡前組:3-6 歲

  2. 小學組:7-12 歲

  3. 初中組:13-15 歲

  4. 高中組:16-18 歲

  5. 青少年組:19-22 歲

  6. 成人組:23歲或以上

 

三、參賽項目

 

涵蓋聲樂、器樂兩大類別,具體如下:

 

  1. 聲樂類:美聲唱法、民族唱法、流行唱法(含獨唱、合唱)

  2. 西洋器樂類

    • 鍵盤樂器(鋼琴、管風琴、羽鍵琴)

    • 弦樂(小提琴、中提琴、大提琴、低音提琴、古典吉他、豎琴)

    • 管樂(長笛、短笛、單簧管、雙簧管、大管、薩克斯、小號、長號、圓號、大號、次中音號)

    • 敲擊樂(馬林巴、顫音琴、小軍鼓、定音鼓)

    • 及其他

  3. 中國民族器樂類

    • 吹管樂器(竹笛、蕭、笙、嗩吶、葫蘆絲)

    • 拉弦樂器(二胡、京胡、板胡、馬頭琴)

    • 彈弦樂器(古琴、古箏、琵琶、阮、箜篌);擊弦樂器(揚琴)

四、初賽規則

 

  1. 初賽報名時間

    • 不同賽區報名截止日期不同,具體請詢問報名學校或諮詢官方郵箱 hkaec@outlook.com

    • 遞交初賽錄像截止日期為 2026年7月20日

  2. 初賽報名流程

    • 第一步:於報名截止日期前 提交報名表 及 繳付報名費

    • 第二步:於遞交錄像截止日期前 遞交初賽錄像

  3. 提交材料要求:參賽者須通過賽事官方郵箱提交參賽所需材料

      • 請上傳錄像視頻至 Youtube 百度網盤,命名規範為「乐器 - 組別 - 姓名 - 曲目名」,上傳視頻後設置視頻對全部擁有網址連接人群開放。

      • 錄像須為參賽者親自演繹,不得使用任何後期修音軟體美化聲音或樂音。

  4. 結果公佈:初賽錄像遞交截止日期結束後 7 個工作日內,通過官方網站公佈晉級名單,並以郵件形式通知晉級選手。

 

五、決賽規則

 

  1. 時間:2026年8月20日-8月30日,具體時間會於晉級當日另作通知。

  2. 地點:中國香港,具體音樂廳地址會隨晉級郵件與7月通知。

  3. 參賽須知

    • 晉級選手須在收到晉級通知後3個工作日內確認參賽,逾期未確認視為自動放棄晉級資格。

    • 決賽曲目須與初賽曲目一致,如許更換請聯繫 hkaec@outlook.com;表演形式為現場展演,選手可自帶鋼琴伴奏,也可聯絡組委會安排鋼琴伴奏。

    • 選手須按組委會通知的時間到場,展演順序由現場抽籤決定。

  4. 獎項設置:各組別分設金獎、銀獎、銅獎及優秀獎,另設最佳技巧獎、最佳感染力獎等單項獎。評審委員會有權根據參賽水準調整獎項情況。

  5. 配套活動:決賽期間將同步舉辦香港藝術場館研學、音樂名家座談會等活動,晉級選手可自行選擇參與。

 

六、參賽須知

 

  1. 報名費:參賽者須按標準繳納報名費,報名費一經繳納不予退還。組委會為偏遠地區及特殊群體選手開設公益參賽通道,符合條件者可申請免費報名。
     

  2. 版權聲明:參賽者須確保參賽曲目無版權糾紛,若因版權問題引發法律糾紛,由參賽者自行承擔全部責任。組委會擁有賽事全程錄音錄影權,可用於賽事宣傳推廣,無需另行通知。

  3. 行程指引:組委會將為晉級選手提供香港決賽期間的住宿交通參考方案,選手須自行辦理港澳通行證及簽注,費用自理。

  4. 評審說明:評審委員會由海內外知名音樂家、教育家組成。參賽者須嚴格遵守本賽事細則及評審組的各項規定,服從評審組的評審結果,不得私下與評委接觸或有任何干擾評審工作的行為。

Competition Rules of the 1st International Youth Music & Arts Festival

I. General Provisions

  1. Event Purpose: This Music & Arts Festival is held under the tenet of "Promoting Music & Arts, Discovering Youth Talents, and Facilitating International Cultural Exchange", aiming to build a professional platform for global music lovers to showcase their skills and engage in learning.

  2. Competition Structure: The competition consists of two stages: Preliminary Round (Online Material Review) and Final Round (On-site Performance in Hong Kong). The Final Round serves as the ultimate award-evaluation stage, with no additional rounds scheduled.

  3. Eligibility Criteria: Any individual or group who loves music and arts and meets the age requirements of the respective categories is eligible to register voluntarily. All participants must ensure the authenticity and validity of the submitted entry materials. Registration shall be deemed as full acceptance of all the competition rules.

II. Category Division

The competition is divided into the following six categories based on age. Participants must register for the category corresponding to their actual age and are not allowed to cross-register for other categories:

  1. Preschool Category: 3–6 years old

  2. Primary School Category: 7–12 years old

  3. Junior High School Category: 13–15 years old

  4. Senior High School Category: 16–18 years old

  5. Youth Category: 19–22 years old

  6. Adult Category: 23 years old and above

 

III. Competition Items

The competition covers two major categories: Vocal Music and Instrumental Music, with details as follows:

 

  1. Vocal Music: Bel Canto, Folk Singing, Pop Singing (including Solo and Chorus)

  2. Western Instrumental Music:

    • ​Keyboard Instruments (Piano, Organ, Harpsichord)

    • String Instruments (Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Classical Guitar, Harp)

    • Wind Instruments (Flute, Piccolo, Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, Tuba, Euphonium)

    • Percussion Instruments (Marimba, Vibraphone, Snare Drum, Timpani)

    • Other Western Instruments

  3. Chinese Traditional Instrumental Music

    • ​Wind Instruments (Bamboo Flute, Xiao, Sheng, Suona, Hulusi)

    • Bowed String Instruments (Erhu, Jinghu, Banhu, Morin Khuur)

    • Plucked String Instruments (Guqin, Guzheng, Pipa, Ruan, Konghou); Struck String Instrument (Yangqin)

 IV. Preliminary Round Rules

  1. Registration & Submission Schedule

    • ​Registration deadlines vary by region. For details, please consult the registration school or contact the official email: hkaec@outlook.com

    • The deadline for submitting preliminary round performance videos is July 20, 2026

  2. Preliminary Round Registration Process

    • Step 1: ​Submit the registration form and pay the registration fee before the registration deadline.

    • Step 2: ​Submit the preliminary round performance video before the video submission deadline.

  3. Submission Requirements: All participants must submit the required entry materials via the official competition email.

      • Please upload the performance video to YouTube or Baidu Netdisk, with the file name formatted as "Instrument - Category - Name - Repertoire Title". After uploading, set the video to be accessible to all users with the link.

      • The video must feature the participant's live performance without any post-production audio enhancement or modification.

  4. Result Announcement: The list of finalists will be published on the official website within 7 working days after the preliminary round video submission deadline, and all finalists will be notified via email.

 

V. Final Round Rules

  1. Time & Venue

    • Time: August 20–30, 2026. The exact schedule will be notified separately on the day of finalist announcement.

    • Venue: Hong Kong, China. The specific address of the concert hall will be included in the finalist notification email and announced in July.

  2. Finalist Guidelines

    • Finalists must confirm their participation within 3 working days upon receiving the finalist notification. Failure to confirm within the deadline will be regarded as a voluntary waiver of the finalist qualification.

    • The repertoire for the Final Round must be the same as that for the Preliminary Round. Any request for repertoire change must be submitted to hkaec@outlook.com for approval.

    • The performance will be conducted on-site. Participants may bring their own piano accompanist or contact the organizing committee to arrange one.

    • All participants must arrive at the venue as scheduled by the organizing committee. The performance order will be determined by on-site drawing of lots.

  3. Award Setting

    • Gold Awards, Silver Awards, Bronze Awards and Excellence Awards will be presented for each category. Additional individual awards such as the Best Technique Award and the Best Expressiveness Award will also be granted.

    • The jury committee reserves the right to adjust the award settings based on the overall performance level of the participants.

  4. Supporting Activities: During the Final Round, supporting activities including study tours of Hong Kong art venues and seminars with renowned musicians will be held simultaneously. Finalists may choose to participate on a voluntary basis.

 

VI. Participant Notes

  1. Registration Fee:

    • All participants must pay the registration fee in accordance with the specified standard. The registration fee is non-refundable once paid.

    • The organizing committee has set up a public welfare registration channel for participants from remote areas and special groups. Eligible applicants may apply for free registration.
       

  2. Copyright Statement: All participants must ensure that their selected repertoire is free from copyright disputes. Any legal liability arising from copyright infringement shall be borne solely by the participant. The organizing committee reserves the exclusive right to record the entire competition process (including audio and video). All recordings may be used for competition promotion and publicity purposes without further notice to the participants.

  3. Travel Guidelines: The organizing committee will provide finalists with reference schemes for accommodation and transportation during the Final Round in Hong Kong. All participants are responsible for applying for their own Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao and relevant endorsements at their own expense.

  4. Jury Guidelines: The jury committee is composed of renowned musicians and educators from home and abroad. The jury's decision shall be final and binding.
