第一屆國際青少年音樂藝術節 比賽細則
為促進國際青少年藝術與音樂學術交流,發掘優秀藝術學術人才,展現當代青少年及各界人士在藝術與音樂領域的學術研究能力,特舉辦第一屆國際青少年音樂藝術節。本細則旨在規範比賽流程、明確參賽要求,供所有參賽者嚴格遵照執行,確保比賽公平、公正、公開舉行。
一、參賽組別
本賽事按參賽者年齡劃分為以下四個組別,參賽者須根據本人真實年齡對應報名,不得跨組參賽,組委會將核實參賽者身份證明文件以確認資格。

成人組:23歲或以上
二、學術組比賽內容及要求
(一)比賽範圍:學術組以藝術及音樂相關學術論文為核心競賽內容,涵蓋所有與藝術、音樂領域相關的研究方向。包括但不限於以下範疇,參賽者可擇一研究議題撰寫論文參賽。

藝術類研究:傳統藝術理論與美學、當代藝術思潮與流派、數碼媒體藝術與新技術應用、視覺藝術(包括但不限於:繪畫、書法、雕塑、設計等)研究、藝術文化傳播與產業發展、藝術治療、藝術管理、時尚管理、策展、傳統手工藝保護與活化,等。

音樂類研究:音樂美學與哲學、音樂形態學與表演理論、中外音樂史與民族音樂研究、流行音樂文化與社會影響、音樂教育、音樂治療、音樂管理、數碼音樂與音樂科技應用,等。

跨學科研究:藝術與音樂的跨模态融合、藝術/音樂與心理學/社會學/人類學交叉研究、藝術/音樂與商業/科技/教育/環保的跨界應用等。
(二)語言要求:可選用中文或英文撰寫。
三、報名及提交流程
(一)報名時間

(二)報名方式:參賽者須通過本賽事官方郵箱 hkaec@outlook.com 提交報名材料,完成報名手續,流程如下:

第一步:在報名截止日期前,提交報名表、個人身份證件副本、及報名費,郵件主題統一命名為「學術組-姓名-年齡組別」。

第二步:在論文遞交截止日期前,提交參賽論文電子版(以PDF格式存檔,文件名與郵件主題一致)。

(四)資格審核與確認:組委會將在收到報名材料後7個工作日內完成參賽資格審核,審核結果將通過電子郵箱通知參賽者。通過審核的參賽者,須在指定時間內根據郵件提示確認參賽信息,完成參賽確認手續,未按時確認者視為放棄參賽。
四、評審標準:評審委員會由藝術、音樂及相關學術領域的專家學者組成,將遵循公平、公正、專業的原則,圍繞以下核心維度進行綜合評分(滿分100分):

學術創新性(40分):研究議題具有創意,觀點新穎,或在研究方法、論證角度上有突破,填補相應學術空白,能為相關領域提供參考價值。

學術規範性(20分):論文結構完整,邏輯嚴謹,論據充分,引用文獻規範,格式符合學術標準。

內容深度(20分):能深入探討研究主題,體現紮實的學術基礎與分析能力,內容兼具思想性與學術性。

語言表達(20分):語言通順精確,符合學術書面語要求,表達流暢,能清晰傳達研究觀點。
五、其他事項

報名費用:賽者須按組委會公佈的標準繳納報名費,報名費一經繳納不予退還。組委會為偏遠地區及特殊群體參賽者開設公益參賽通道,符合條件者可申請免費報名,具體申請要求可查詢官方渠道。
版權與使用聲明:參賽者提交的論文及相關材料,組委會有權用於本賽事的學術交流、展覽展示、宣傳推廣等用途,無需另行支付報酬;組委會對參賽作品擁有收藏、編輯、出版的使用權(署名權歸參賽者所有)。參賽者提交作品即視為同意本聲明。

評審與獎項:參賽者須嚴格遵守本細則及組委會的各項規定,服從評審委員會的評審結果。比賽期間不得干擾評審工作,如有異議可通過比賽官方渠道提交申訴,由組委會核實處理。優秀作品將有機會入選本賽事學術論文集,並為獲獎者頒發證書及獎品。

First International Youth Music & Arts Festival Competition Rules
To promote international academic exchanges in art and music among young people, discover outstanding academic talents in the art field, and demonstrate the academic research capabilities of contemporary youth and individuals from all walks of life in art and music, the First International Youth Music & Arts Festival is hereby organized. These rules are formulated to standardize the competition process, clarify entry requirements, and shall be strictly observed by all participants to ensure the competition is held in a fair, impartial and open manner.
I. Competition Categories (by Age)
The competition is divided into the following four categories based on participants' ages. Participants must register for the category corresponding to their actual age and are not allowed to cross-register. The Organizing Committee will verify participants' identification documents to confirm their eligibility.

Junior High School Group: 13 to 15 years old

Senior High School Group: 16 to 18 years old

Youth Group: 19 to 22 years old

Adult Group: 23 years old and above
II. Academic Category: Competition Content and Requirements
(I) Competition Scope: The Academic Category centers on academic papers related to art and music, covering all research directions in the fields of art and music. It includes but is not limited to the following areas, and participants may select one research topic to write a paper for the competition.

Art-related Research: Traditional art theory and aesthetics, contemporary art trends and schools, digital media art and new technology applications, visual arts research (including but not limited to painting, calligraphy, sculpture, design, etc.), art and cultural communication and industrial development, art therapy, art management, fashion management, curation, protection and revitalization of traditional handicrafts, etc.

Music-related Research: Music aesthetics and philosophy, music morphology and performance theory, Chinese and foreign music history and ethnic music research, pop music culture and social impact, music education, music therapy, music management, digital music and music technology applications, etc.

Interdisciplinary Research: Cross-modal integration of art and music, interdisciplinary research between art/music and psychology/sociology/anthropology, cross-border applications of art/music with business/technology/education/environmental protection, etc.
(II) Language Requirements: Papers may be written in either Chinese or English.
III. Registration and Submission Process

(II) Registration Method: Participants must submit registration materials via the official competition email (hkaec@outlook.com) to complete the registration process, following the steps below:

Step 1: Submit the registration form, a copy of personal identification document, and the registration fee by the registration deadline. The email subject shall be uniformly named as "Academic Category - Full Name - Age Group".

Step 2: Submit the electronic version of the entry paper (saved in PDF format, with the file name consistent with the email subject) by the paper submission deadline.

(IV) Eligibility Review and Confirmation: The Organizing Committee will complete the eligibility review within 7 working days upon receipt of the registration materials. The review result will be notified to participants via email. Participants who pass the review shall confirm their registration information and complete the participation confirmation procedures within the specified time as instructed in the email. Failure to confirm on time will be deemed as a waiver of the participation qualification.

IV. Evaluation Criteria
The Jury Panel is composed of experts and scholars in the fields of art, music and related academics. It will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the following core dimensions in accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality and professionalism (full score: 100 points):

Academic Innovation (40 points): The research topic shall be innovative with original viewpoints, or make breakthroughs in research methods and demonstration perspectives, filling the corresponding academic gaps and providing reference value for the relevant field.

Academic Normativity (20 points): The paper shall have a complete structure, rigorous logic, sufficient arguments, standardized citation of references, and conform to academic standards in format.

Depth of Content (20 points): The paper shall conduct an in-depth discussion on the research topic, reflecting solid academic foundation and analytical ability, and integrating ideological and academic values in content.

Language Expression (20 points): The language shall be fluent and accurate, conform to the requirements of academic written English, and clearly convey the research viewpoints.
V. Other Provisions

Registration Fee: Participants shall pay the registration fee in accordance with the standard announced by the Organizing Committee. Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable. The Organizing Committee has set up a public welfare entry channel for participants from remote areas and special groups. Eligible participants may apply for free registration, and the specific application requirements can be consulted through official channels.

Copyright and Usage Statement: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to use all submitted papers and related materials for purposes such as academic exchanges, exhibition display and promotion of this competition without paying additional remuneration. The Organizing Committee shall have the right to collect, edit and publish the entry papers, with the authorship right remaining with the participants. Submission of a paper by a participant shall be deemed as acceptance of this statement.

Evaluation and Awards: Participants must strictly abide by these rules and all regulations of the Organizing Committee, and comply with the evaluation results of the Jury Panel. No one shall interfere with the evaluation work during the competition. In case of any objection, participants may submit an appeal through the official competition channels, which will be verified and handled by the Organizing Committee. Excellent papers will have the opportunity to be included in the competition's academic proceedings, and certificates and prizes will be awarded to the winners.

Liability Statement: Participants shall be fully responsible for the authenticity and originality of the papers and materials they submit. Any legal liability arising from academic misconduct, copyright disputes, etc., shall be borne solely by the participants. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust the competition process and rules according to actual circumstances, and the adjusted content will be notified to all participants via the official website and email.
