藝術是跨越語言的文明紐帶,青春則是承載夢想的蓬勃力量。第一屆國際青少年音樂藝術節立足國際視野,以「深耕藝術實踐,促進文化交融,培育青年人才」為宗旨,搭建集競賽、交流、研學於一身的專業平台。是次藝術節整合音樂、藝術、學術三大核心領域資源,為全球青少年藝術愛好者提供展現專業素養、深化藝術認知、拓闊國際視野的舞台,推動不同文化背景的青少年,於交流互鑒當中一同成長。第一屆總決賽落戶中國香港,背靠這座中西文化薈萃的國際都會,為賽事注入多元文化基因,打造一場兼具專業深度與國際視野的藝術盛事。
一、賽事宗旨
堅守專業性、公正性、包容性原則,以藝術節賽程為載體,發掘青少年藝術潛能,鞏固學術理論基礎;以交流為紐帶,打破地域文化界限,促進多元藝術碰撞;以育人为目標,助力青少年樹立藝術理想,培育兼具專業能力與人文素養的新世代藝術人才。
二、三大板塊 全方位能力較量
本屆藝術節設置音樂類、藝術類、學術類三大競賽板塊,覆蓋實踐展演與理論研究層面,構建全面的藝術能力評價體系。
(一)音樂類競賽
聚焦音樂表演的專業性與藝術性,分為聲樂、器樂兩大方向,著重技巧精準度與情感表達的有機結合。

聲樂組:涵蓋美聲、民族、流行三大唱法,分獨唱、合唱兩大類別,參賽選手須完成指定曲目演繹,評審會依據音準、節奏、音色、演奏技巧和藝術感染力進行綜合考量。

器樂組:網羅西洋器樂(鋼琴、弦樂、管樂、敲擊樂等)、中國民族器樂(古箏、二胡、琵琶等)與打擊樂,設立獨奏、合奏項目,強調演奏技巧的規範性、作品理解的深度與舞台表現的協調性。
(二)藝術類競賽
圍繞視覺藝術與表演藝術兩大領域,鼓勵原創表達與創意呈現,展現青少年的藝術感知力與創造力。

With a global perspective, the 1st International Youth Music & Arts Festival adheres to the mission of "Deepen Artistic Practice, Promote Cultural Integration, Cultivate Young Talents", establishing a professional platform that integrates competition, exchange, and academic research.
This festival brings together resources from three core domains—music, art, and academia. It provides a stage for young art enthusiasts worldwide to demonstrate their professional competence, deepen their artistic cognition, and broaden their international horizons, fostering the mutual growth of young people from diverse cultural backgrounds through exchanges and mutual learning.
The 1st Grand Final will be held in Hong Kong, China. Leveraging this international metropolis where Eastern and Western cultures converge, the event is infused with multicultural elements, creating an artistic gala that boasts both professional depth and global vision.
I. Festival Mission
Adhering to the principles of professionalism, impartiality, and inclusiveness, the festival takes its competition system as a carrier to explore young people's artistic potential and consolidate their academic theoretical foundation. It takes exchange as a bond to break geographical and cultural barriers and facilitate the collision of diverse artistic forms. With talent cultivation as its goal, it helps young people establish artistic ideals and nurtures a new generation of artistic talents equipped with both professional capabilities and humanistic literacy.
II. Three Major Categories
The festival comprises three major competition categories—Music, Art, and Academics, covering both practical performance and theoretical research, and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system for artistic competence.
(1) Music Categories
Focusing on the professionalism and artistry of musical performance, this category is divided into two disciplines—Vocal Music and Instrumental Music, with an emphasis on the organic integration of technical precision and emotional expression.

Vocal Music Section: Covering three major vocal styles—bel canto, folk singing, and pop music, it is divided into two subcategories: solo and chorus. Participants are required to perform designated repertoire, and the judging panel will conduct a comprehensive assessment based on intonation, rhythm, timbre, performing skills, and artistic appeal.

Instrumental Music Section: Encompassing Western musical instruments (piano, string instruments, wind instruments, percussion instruments, etc.), Chinese traditional musical instruments (guzheng, erhu, pipa, etc.), and percussion instruments, it includes solo and ensemble events. (2) Fine Arts Categories

IV. Participation Guidelines

Eligibility
Participants aged 5-32 worldwide are welcome. They will be divided into six groups based on age: Children's Group, Primary School Group, Junior High School Group, Senior High School Group, Youth Group, and Adult Group. Both individual entries and group entries (with 3-20 members per group) are accepted.
